Purpose of the site
The content of the site is for general information only and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the doctor after an in-person consultation.
Information we collect
- What you give us: the name, contact details and information about your symptoms that you share through the appointment form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- What is generated automatically: server logs needed for the site to work securely (IP address, browser information, time of visit).
- If you consent: visit statistics and ad interaction information obtained through analytics and marketing cookies.
Your health information
The symptoms, photos and test information you share before your appointment are used only to plan your consultation and treatment, and are protected by the doctor’s duty of professional confidentiality. This information is not used for advertising or measurement and is not sent to advertising or analytics services.
Third-party services
The following services are used on the site and in communication:
- Hosting: the site’s server infrastructure.
- Kommo: appointment form and request tracking.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messaging.
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads: measurement of visits and ads, only if you consent.
- Meta Pixel: ad measurement, only if you consent.
- YouTube: video preview images are loaded from YouTube’s image server; videos open in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only when you play them.
The servers of some of these providers are located outside Türkiye. Details are in section 6 of Data protection.
Security
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your information is limited to the people who need it for their work.
Under-18s
Appointment and information requests about patients under 18 should be sent by a parent or legal guardian.
Links to other sites
The site contains links to other sites such as Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. Each of those sites is responsible for its own privacy practices.
