This policy explains which cookies are used on the site and how you can manage your preferences. Text version: 1.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to make the site work, to remember your preferences and, if you consent, to measure visits and ads.
Managing your preferences
On your first visit to the site you are asked for your cookie preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies do not run until you consent; the “Reject all” option is as easy to use as “Accept all”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, the relevant cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; however, blocking necessary cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

Your health information is not collected through these cookies and is not sent to advertising services.
Third-party content
Video preview images on the site are loaded from YouTube’s image server (i.ytimg.com); no cookies are used at that point, but your browser connects to a Google server. Videos open in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only when you play them; when you play them, YouTube (Google) may use its own cookies. The appointment form is loaded through Kommo and processes the technical data needed for it to work.
International transfers
As Google’s and Meta’s servers are located outside Türkiye, data obtained through analytics and marketing cookies are transferred abroad. This transfer only takes place if you accept the relevant cookies, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.
